Jessica Lieffers is a Dietitian and an Assistant Professor in the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan. She completed her BSc, dietetic internship and MSc at the University of Alberta, and her Ph.D. at the University of Waterloo. She is a co-author of more than 40 peer-reviewed publications on various topics related to nutrition and dietetic practice. Much of her current research is in the area of nutrition and oral health. She is also currently a member of the Board of Editors for the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
